**Newham Community MDT Co-ordinator**
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff, engaging in daily, direct interactions with patients, their families, and visitors.
This role demands excellent communication skills and an unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, highly motivated, and capable of functioning effectively as part of a team. It is essential that the individual is hardworking, flexible, and reliable, with strong interpersonal skills. Additionally, the ability to prioritize one's own workload to effectively respond to the service's needs is crucial.

We are looking to recruit to our team a MDT Co-ordinator.
Main duties of the job
To provide an effective administrative support to Managers, Officers and clinical staff within the teams.
To work closely with the Lead Administrators to provide an efficient and responsive administrative provision to the teams ensuring service delivery is met.
To be responsible for taking ownership and contributing to the development of administration systems for the Service; by providing day to day administrative support.
The post requires the ability to work on own initiative and to liaise effectively with a broad range of professionals and to maintain client confidentiality.
To work alongside and to cover all Administrative areas, when required and requested and to cover other administration staff across several locations as and when the need arises.
To cover reception and other community teams as a core part of your responsibility .
