Locum Child & Adolescent Consultant Psychiatrist

Job summary

A Locum Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist is required as responsible clinician (RC) for Evergreen, an 8 bedded Adolescent Acute In-Patient Service in Luton which opened in February 2023.

This is an opportunity to join Evergreen's strong ethos and award winning team.

Main duties of the job

The consultant psychiatrist holds clinical responsibility for all cases admitted to the unit (Maximum 8 young people). Each case will also have an allocated case manager to coordinate their care. They are also expected to carry out line management responsibilities for their trainees.
