CAMHS Clinical Team Lead for Bedford CAMHS Emotional & Behavioural Pathway (EBT3) - Band 8c

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced CAMHS Clinician who is excited to lead one of our core team, to maintain our high standards and innovate for continued improvement. We would welcome applications from senior clinicians from a core CAMHS discipline (Child Psychotherapy, Clinical Psychology, Family Therapy, Nursing or Social Workers) who are able to provide senior clinical leadership and operational management.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to shape the clinical, professional, strategic and partnership agenda of the Bedfordshire CAMH service. They will have the support of the CAMHS Senior Leadership Team.

The Bedford Borough Core CAMHS team consists of a wide range of professions including nursing, arts therapies, psychology, family therapy and psychiatry. We are dedicated to supporting the development of our workforce and ensuring that there are opportunities for training and team away days.
