Cauldwell Medical Centre offers a complete spectrum of services and endeavours to put the patient first by adopting best practice. We have opportunities for a nurse to join our forward thinking and supportive team and shape nursing services for our patients.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be an experienced nurse with key practice nursing skills and competencies and should also have experience in managing patients with a long-term condition. Supported by senior nurses within the practice, you will deliver care within the boundaries of your role, focusing upon supporting patients to be healthy, monitoring of long-term conditions, health prevention and screening activities. Experience of working in primary care essential.
