Job summary

Voice and Unified Communications Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications Engineer to manage, support, and enhance our communication platforms and systems. This role requires expertise across various UC technologies, including CUCM, Legacy Voice (PSTN) and MS Teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal operation and user experience.

Main duties of the job

  • Design, configure, and support UC environment, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Ensure secure and efficient communication across UC platforms.
  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Voice & UC Solutions.
  • Manage and support MS Teams, ensuring reliable communication for trading environments.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve any technical issues.
  • Collaborate with business to align systems with user requirements.
  • High degree of documentation skills, for creating and maintaining design and operational documentation, Change documentation, Runbooks, Test plans and any other operational documentation as required.
  • Operate within an Agile environment.
