Job summary

Are you a Social Worker, Registered Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist looking for an exciting challenge in an Integrated Mental Health Team? If so, please apply.

The Newham Community Integrated Mental Health Service has been established as part of the transformation of mental health services and supports closer working across all parts of the network, including specialist mental health services, GP practices, local authorities and voluntary sector partner agencies. It consists of six Primary Care Networks aligned with GP Networks and focuses on meeting the needs of residents with mental health needs and complex emotional needs via assessment, targeted meaningful interventions and supporting them to engage with relevant local resources.

We will:
