Do you want to make a difference? Then why not join the South Locality District Nursing Team in Tower Hamlets. We are looking for 2 adult community registered nurses to cover a 6 month and 11 month secondment positions.

As a Bank Band 5 Community Nurse you will be providing high quality nursing care to patients who reside in the Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Date : 20th March 2025

Time : 09:00 am - 16:00 pm (Come prepared to be interviewed on the day)

Morning registration: 9:00 AM -10:00 AM (candidates who have not been invited to interview will not be acceptedfor the morning session after this time)

Morning Interview : 10 am - 12:30 pm

Afternoon registration: 12:30 - 13:00pm (candidates who have not been invited to interview will not be accepted for the afternoon session after this time)

Main duties of the job

Our team is an established integrated service. This will give you the opportunity to work closely with our Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Care Navigators, Mental Health Liaison Nurse and Psychologist. Our service is also supported by a team of experienced administrators. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the local General Practices, Tower Hamlets Social Service team and other statutory and non-statutory services to meet the health and social needs of this local population. The integration and collaboration of all these disciplines and services allows all new admissions to our service to have a clinically robust assessment and treatment plan, with an emphasis to promote independent living, that is holistic, evidence based and in line with all current Best Practice Guidelines. Support and development for staff in our service is one of our main goals.
