Mid Bedfordshire Community Health Services are looking for a full time band 6 Occupational Therapist to be part of the Community Occupational Therapy service within the Primary Care Home Team. We are a 7 day service 8am-9pm.

Main duties of the job

You will work closely alongside all members of the therapy team: Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners and Rehabilitation Support Workers, as well as a wider multi-disciplinary workforce across Bedfordshire. You will build close links with the professionals and services required to wrap around the needs of each individual to provide a holistic approach.

You will need to be innovative, forward thinking, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Take pride in your work, be highly motivated and dynamic, have a flexible approach and be able to embrace change. Being a collaborative worker, with the ability to network and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders will be essential.
