Our service is looking to fill this vacancy for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant who is to provide general receptionist duties including answering the phone, welcoming visitors and clients to the clinic, communicating with clinical and non clinical staff via email and phone.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to work in a busy and demanding environment and should be able to work without direct supervision and exercise initiative. The ability to multi-task is also essential.
The post requires the ability to liaise with effectively with a broad range of professionals and to maintain client confidentiality.
The post holder is accountable & responsible for:
- Providing reception cover; greeting all service users, carers and professional colleagues
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Team
- Updating the Team and visitors sign in and out sheets
- Booking interpreters for new assessments and clinic appointment
- Booking transport for patients appointments
- Logging jobs with Estates helpdesk
