Learning and Development Officer - Compliance

Job summary

The post holder will support the delivery of a responsive and efficient service to the East London Foundation Trust on all Learning and Development matters. The main focus of this role is ensuring we provide excellent support to responsible localities to help them achieve 90% compliance with their statutory and mandatory training and also support the team with administration duties.

Main duties of the job

This post will be suitable for someone who has experience of working in statutory and mandatory training, data and or a busy HR Team, dealing effectively with internal and external customers.

  • oGood typing skills
  • oMust demonstrate a good standard of literacy

Desirable

  • oWillingness to work towards a higher-level qualification or learning pathway that supports an HR or Learning & Development career.

Experience

Essential

  • oBuilding and maintaining effective relationships with all people
  • oAbility to deal with a range of issues independently and efficiently
  • oExperience of preparing, analysing and presenting reports

Desirable

  • oExperience of virtual delivery and hosting through Zoom, Teams, Webex and other systems
  • Experience of working with Totora.

  • oExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of multi-disciplinary staff
  • oAbility to work both autonomously and within a team
  • oAbility to deal with challenging situations
