Main duties of the job
- Support the Associate Director of People Development in their work to coordinate and deliver a high-quality education and development service with particular focus on statutory and mandatory training.
- Be the Trust specialist lead for all statutory and mandatory training.
- Work with other members of the People Development Team to ensure processes are in place to share information about statutory and mandatory training and ensure equality and ease of access.
- To chair and facilitate internal / external meetings where required.
- To effectively work with the People Development Team to manage the Trust learning management system (LMS), maximising functionality.
- Data quality, reporting accuracy, ensuring that key reports provide critical information to support decision making.
- Manage the transfer of data and information, ensuring the necessary precautions are adhered to ensure all information governance policies are followed.
- Ensuring a robust quality assurance process in place to ensure data accuracy. Resolve any anomalies encountered with People Information Team.
- Managing own time to ensure the systems are up to date and ready to produce reports, ensuring any returns are completed on time.
- Undertake detailed analysis of data and provide clear, concise reports and re-presentation of data to inform and support management action, mandatory training compliance, etc
