Job overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Quality Assurance Facilitator to deliver the Trust Quality Assurance workstreams, contributing to improving outcomes in clinical quality and patient experience across mental health, community health and primary care services in East London, Bedfordshire and Luton.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for delivering Quality Assurance Workstreams. They will be involved in day-to-day administrative management of the work. The post holder will support with regular collection of feedback and reviewing processes and systems, embedded in a culture of continued development and improvement.

The successful candidate will contribute to committee reports were required and will be expected to deliver training on QA processes to clinical staff and service users.

The successful candidate will need experience of working in the NHS and an understanding of quality assurance. The post holder will have excellent communication, data management and IT skills, ability to work against regular deadlines by effectively managing own workload and priorities. They will demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively; but most importantly they will hold dear the values of the trust, and have a passion for quality and for improving patient and staff experience.

About us

The post holder will have an opportunity to undertake training to become a Quality Improvement Coach, and have direct involvement in quality improvement work in the Trust, as well as bringing those skills to bear in the quality assurance field.
