Job summary
To actively support the Inclusion and Colleague Experience Team to implement key elements of the NHS People Promise to enable Stockport NHS Foundation Trust and Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust to become employers of choice. The post will have a specific focus on supporting the following agendas:
Staff Health and Wellbeing: To support, key programmes of work to deliver the ambitions of TGICFT's Health and Wellbeing Strategy including supporting physical, mental and healthy living/ financial health and wellbeing of all staff.
Staff Engagement: Provide day to day support across of all aspects of the colleague experience function including undertaking activities relating to the co-ordination of the NHS National Staff Survey and NHS People Pulse Surveys.
Main duties of the job
- To support all stages of the implementation of the NHS Staff Survey across both organisations.
- Support clinical divisions/Directorates in the provision of Staff survey results reporting and supportanalysis of staff survey results and the development of action plans
- To provide regular reports, updates and project plans as required.
- Support multiple, ongoing, complex projects from initiation through delivery ideally utilising project management tools and other project management software.
- Support allocated OD initiatives, including culture and values, staff engagement, retention, talent management and succession planning.
- Support agreed corporate Health and Wellbeing initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage Health and Wellbeing communications, such as the Health and Wellbeing newsletter, SharePoint page and social media.
- Work closely with BPs, learning and development teams, workforce teams and wider HR to support the design and implementation of a range managed projects

- Work collaboratively with the Communications and Engagement Team to ensure that effective communication plans are executed to help drive forward the staff engagement agenda.
- Manage existing relationships with third party providers such as the GM resilience hub.
- Support agreed corporate Health and Wellbeing initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage Health and Wellbeing communications, such as the Health and Wellbeing newsletter, SharePoint page and social media.
- To support the design and delivery of resilience training and support wider HWB development for staff
- Liaise with external HWB support providers to deliver a variety of initiatives internally.
- Assist in the provision of workforce data to support reporting.
- Update, maintain and evaluate effectiveness of work under the Staff Experience portfolio, keeping up to date project plans, dashboards, metrics and KPIS.
