Ward Clerk (Jasmine Ward)

Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed ward clerk to join our fantastic team on Jasmine Ward. We are a 14 bedded ward with a 4 bedded assessment area, we specialise in gynaecology and early pregnancy patients.

The successful candidate should have exceptional organisational skills, interpersonal skills and be able to multitask as our pace can be fast but job satisfaction is high.

Main duties of the job

  • Coding
  • Booking out patient appointments
  • Telephone conversations
  • Liaising with the multi disciplinary team
  • Assisting the nursing team with clerical duties
  • Able to navigate electronic computer systems
  • Having an attention to detail
