- Provide administrative support to the Audiology department
- Reception desk duties to book patients in and also deal with any enquires.
- Booking of appointments for patients and
- Dealing with phone, email and text enquires
Main duties of the job
To provide administrative duties and reception service to all patient/personnel who access the Audiology Department. There are 2 vacant posts with this job, 1 20.5 hours and 1 20.25 hours. The post holder will be required to use a designated computer system to enter patient data, combined with general office and clerical duties.
The post holder will be expected to work flexibly in the department to ensure the service has sufficient cover available to meet patient and service needs.
