Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly developing team in Emergency Medicine. . It is a fixed term post and is required to start as soon as possible. You are required to have a minimum of 1 year post graduate experience and valid GMC registration. This post is offered on a full-time basis and offers support in achieving specialist accreditation requirements.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of this post are the assessment of patients, ordering and following up investigations, completing documentation and working flexibly within the emergency medical bed base: There will be out of hour's duties and you will be required to work flexibly seven days a week. With regards to commitments to emergency Medicine, the successful applicant will work as part of the Emergency Department team and will be supported by Senior Trainees and Consultants.

The departmental strongly supports educational needs such as clinical courses, conferences etc. The current emergency physicians take personal interest in supporting training activities and career development.
