Main duties of the job
As a Sister/Charge Nurse at Clinical Decision Unit , able to assist the patient/carers/relatives during the incidental contacts .
Manage the Department , lead the team , coordinating the activities of the ward team and deploying resources effectively .
Ensure that effective communication is maintained both within the ward /department and with relevant external agencies or individuals .
