This is an exciting opportunity to join our hardworking and dynamic nursing team on ward D5, general surgery ward, where every day has new challenges and there is always something new to learn. We are a Multidisciplinary team with our own Advanced Clinical Practitioners, specialising in both general surgery and colorectal based on the ward.
Main duties of the job
As a Sister/Charge Nurse at SFT you'll be expected to work within your scope of practice, leading teams, supporting operational flow, discharges and ensuring the wellbeing of our junior team. Acting as NIC and deputising in the absence of the ward manager. .
