Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a caring, enthusiastic individual to join their Integrated Medicine & Surgery team as a Therapy Assistant. Experience in a healthcare setting is essential for this post. The successful candidate will be part of a large, busy acute Medicine and Surgery team located at Stepping Hill Hospital.

Main duties of the job

You will be expected to work within a multi-disciplinary team supporting holistic treatments to patients under the guidance of a qualified Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist. There will also be an administrative part of the role which includes recording statistics, documenting in medical notes, maintaining stock levels, and ordering equipment.
