We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated nurse with a passion for nursing who has the ambition and drive to develop new services.
It is essential that you are able to work using your own initiative and also work well as part of a team. You will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills and enjoy a fast paced environment.
The unit is currently open Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm. A flexible approach regarding working hours is essential as the days required to work can vary.

Main duties of the job
The Medical Day Case Unit provides a service to patient requiring treatment but do not need inpatient care. Patient do often require intravenous infusions and blood tests.
You should be confident in working under your own initiative and able to prioritise your clinical care, admissions and discharges accordingly.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with members of the multi disciplinary team and deliver high quality, evidence-led care.
