Job summary
We are looking forward to recruiting an Assistant Catering Manager(Patients & Retail) to enhance our management team. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the daily operations within our Award Winning Departments throughout our Patients and Retail outlets and the provision of related food services to Patients and Staff across the Trust . You will be expected to ensure that all shifts are operated according to our high standards.
The successful applicant will be working within our state of the art equipped catering department. The role is fast paced but extremely rewarding.

Main duties of the job
To ensure the smooth running of Retail Catering Services supporting the management team in enhancing and improving the service offered.
The role will also involve supporting the management team in enhancing and improving retail services.
The successful applicant will need to be able to multi task and able to lead a busy fast paced department with the ability to manage several tasks at any one time.

To manage the Healthroster system for the team.

To ensure all rotas are correctly filled using the most cost effective methods

The management of cash relating to the retail operations on site
To support the Catering lead on site in ensuring service provision is of the highest professional standards.
