The post holder will lead a highly skilled team of community nurses to provide excellent Nursing care and support for patients during the evening and night time.
The role also manages the Single point of access triage team which operates 7 days a week
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in District Nursing at Team leader level covering Maternity leave ( 9 months temporary)
Current post is Band 7 District Nurse Team Leader it is a full time 37.5 hours per week within our Out of hours service and also single point of access triage team and Palliative care Respite Team.You will need to be a Specialist Practitioner and experience of working at Band 6 level within District Nursing.

We are looking for a Band 7 Nurse who is flexible, innovative practitioner with a variety of clinical and leadership skills. The post is full time , based at Kingsgate House Stockport leading the Out of Hours District Nursing service and our Single Point of access triage team. This post involves out of hours working & being part of a contemporary , skilled team.
