We have a rare opportunity to join the PAS and Patient Centre System Support Team as a Systems Support Officer. With over 3,000 users of the Acute PAS System, and lots of functionality in use, you will provide support on Dedalus' PAS & Patient Centre applications to both clinical and non-clinical users.
Interviews potentially 10th or 11th April.
Main duties of the job
Day to day, you will be the first point of contact to users; resetting passwords, granting access on completion of training and dealing with both phone and email queries.
You will get to grips with the back-end system configuration, support internal projects to move users from the PAS system onto Patient Centre and develop an understanding of the importance of the PAS and Patient Centre systems and how they support patient care delivery.
