Stockport NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, innovative and experienced Speech & Language Therapist to join their integrated multi-disciplinary therapy team.
Main duties of the job
The post is split between our 2 community based teams - Outpatient Speech and Language Therapy and Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service. The post will provide opportunities to work with a varied caseload including community stroke rehab, progressive neurological conditions and head & neck cancer.
Based in the community, you will have opportunity to work within a comprehensive multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, Nurses, Assistant Practitioners, Therapy Assistants and Admin. You will be welcomed as a valued member of the coordinated and committed teams, sharing knowledge, skills and opportunity to learn.

This post will include five working days, flexible over a seven day working rota. Where weekend working is involved an enhanced rate of pay is received.
