Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide a high standard of nursing care to meet the needs of patients with supervision and support from senior colleagues.
You will identify clinical changes in patients and make safe and appropriate decisions in partnership withsenior colleagues, seeking timely advice whenever necessary.
With decreasing levels of supervision, you will plan, implement and evaluate care based on our model of nursing ensuring that the needs of each individual patient.
The post holder will be responsible for the accurate recording of clinical observations and data relating to patients care, ensuring that progress is maintained and reviewed.
