In this vital role, you will support the Learning and Development (L&D) team by managing a range of administrative tasks essential to achieving team goals.

Main duties of the job
The Learning and Development Systems Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
Manage and respond to queries in the team's generic inboxes (Learning and Development and Grow Together).
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, offering information and signposting where necessary.
Schedule and manage training sessions via the ENH Academy platform - including communicating with learners, recording attendance, issuing feedback forms and certificates, and maintaining updated course listings.
Coordinate bookings for both internal and external venues for face-to-face training delivery.
Maintain an up-to-date contact list of all training leads to ensure broad promotion of learning opportunities, with a focus on clinical colleagues.
