Specialist Support Nurse - Renal Transplant

Job summary

We are recruiting for aSpecialist Support Nurse - Renal Transplantwho shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. The successful person will be responsible for the provision of high quality, patient focused care by assessing, developing and implementing specialist nursing care programmes. Main duties of the job

The Specialist Support Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care as a practitioner with specialist skills and provide advice and clinical expertise to other members of staff. You will also be in a position to provide specialist clinical advice for patients and carers. You will be required to carry a caseload, and take responsibility for the management of allocated cases. The post holder will always look to improve and maintain standards of care within the specialty. The successful candidate will also help other nurse's by improving their skills, enabling them to provide the highest standard of care for patients within the specialty.
