Job summary

We are recruiting for an Administration Assistant - Therapies who share/s our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

You will be expected to be an enthusiastic, highly motivated and reliable assistant to join our dedicated and friendly therapies team.

Main duties of the job

To deal with any queries from patients that come in by phone or email, and to assist in booking or changing patient appointments.

To provide comprehensive admin support to the Therapy teams.

A close working relationship with team members is essential.

You will need to have good organisational skills, be able to interact with people at all levels and possess excellent time management skills.
