We are recruiting for a SSD/EDD Production Managerwho shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
We are seeking an experienced and highly orgainised Sterile Services Production Manager to lead our sterile processing team. In this critical role, you will oversee the daily operations of the sterile services department, ensuring the efficient and timely processing of surgical instruments and medical equipment. Your leadership will ensure that our facility meets the highest standards of sterilisation and patient safety.

Main duties of the job
You will have the overall responsibility for ensuring all aspects of production including the service provided to the trust are compliant with current regulations and legislation
You will be required to provide day to day operational management of the service delivery under the guidance of the Sterile services manager
You will be required to adhere to their responsibilities as recommended in HTM01 & HTM 06 guidance and to adhere to the standards expected of the UK MDR regulations and ISO13485:2016 (Quality Assurance/Systems Regulations)
You will be required to support the Sterile Services Manager with the maintenance of records for the SSD Quality Management System in line with required UK MDR and ISO 13485 accreditation
