Job summary
We are recruiting for a Rota Coordinator working with Children's Services, who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
This is an exciting opportunity to support our junior and senior doctors in managing the rotas for the teams.
The post holder will work closely with Clinical teams, Service Managers and Clinical Director to co-ordinate and produce the rotas for the Senior, Middle Grade, and Junior Doctors.
The post will also involve managing the allocation of annual leave, professional leave, and study leave, to ensure continuity of service, and to ensure all medical staffing requirements are met within the business unit following Trust Policies. You will also be required to provide other administrative support as needed to meet the demands of the service.

Main duties of the job
You will be working with spreadsheets, word documents and databases and be able to prioritise and manage workloads and deadlines.
You will be responsible for adding the rotas onto the system then managing and maintaining those rotas for the clinical staff.
Ensure that all CVs received from locum agencies are approved prior to confirming the booking withthe locum agency.
You will be responsible for reviewing and confirming all timesheets received from medical staff and the locum agencies. Thisincludes validating all medical staffing invoices to ensure that there are no discrepancies.
