As Head of Resourcing for the Trust, you are key to ensure we have recruited the best people into the organisation. The post holder is responsible delivering a set of key People resourcing, job matching and work towards establishing a resourcing 'Centre of excellence.'

Reporting to the Associate Director of People Operations and as an integral member of the people senior team, the Head of Resourcing is responsible for provision of high quality strategic and transactional services for the Resourcing function with a passion for continuous improvement.

Main duties of the job

You will actively lead the general and medical resourcing teams, create coherent talent pipelines, and lead the job matching process for the organisation ensuring our recruitment processes and systems are streamlined, inclusive and enable ENHT to attract a diverse people base.

We are looking for someone who embraces change, who will make an impact and enable our resourcing team's delivery meeting business priorities and setting us up for future success.

Incorporating the 'ENH Production System' model you will be motivated to lead and showcase Resourcing as part of our organisation wide commitment to continuous improvement through a series of rapid improvement workshops.

As an organisation we promote autonomy where leaders and managers can make active decisions. Crucial will be your ability to actively develop the team around you, support colleagues across the organisation on key recruitment initiative
