Job summary

We are recruiting for a Waiting List Manager who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

The post holder will work closely with the Waiting List General Manager and key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to support delivery of elective pathways and improve current processes.

Main duties of the job

You will apply knowledge of referral to treatment rules and use them to support in managing all elective patients journeys.

Responsible to maintain an overview of cancellations, rebooking rules and themes.

Maintain an overview of utilisaiton ensuring 6-4-2 process is applied and good booking profiles are achieved.

Contribute to the development of system/report solutions to improve PTLs and address data quality issues

You will act as the link between departments and central administrative services. Also act as the point of escalation for and take responsibility for coordinating resolution of issues and queries within the Waiting List
