Job summary

We are recruiting for a Receptionist/Ward Clerk - Endoscopy who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. The post holder's role is to deliver a comprehensive patient centred admission service. They will be responsible for receiving patients and visitors into the Unit and for performing administrative functions in relation to these duties. When required, the you will also provide support across the administrative team to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised receptionist to join our busy Endoscopy Department. The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative support and reception duties in all aspects of the department's work. This post requires an individual who has an excellent team approach and the ability to be flexible. We offer a friendly and supportive environment in which to work with full training to support your development. This role will involve cross site working at Lister Hospital and QEII Hospital.
