We are recruiting for a Learning and Development Lead Facilitatorwho shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual who is passionate about learning to provide support and leadership expertise in the sourcing, design, facilitation, evaluation and continual improvement of a range of staff development, leadership, team and management development programmes across the organisation. These interventions willenable our leaders and colleagues to learn through a blended approach that draws on experiential learning.

Main duties of the job
Our aim is to develop a learning and compassionate leadership culture at every level.
You will contribute to this by:
- Promoting leadership development pathways to embed our Trust values, supporting people to grow as leaders, encouraging personal responsibility, fostering compassion and inspiring collaboration.
- Identification of learning requirements, learning design, strong facilitation skills, leadership knowledge, skills, experience and compassion.
- Sourcing, designing, facilitating, evaluating and improving a range of staff development, leadership, team and management development programmes across the organisation that enable our leaders and colleagues to learn through a blended approach that draws on experiential learning.
- Supporting the development of a robust culture of learning and development to implement strategies to identify, diagnose and plan to address learning and development needs through clear learning needs analysis.
An excellent and proactive communicator, you will have experience in building and maintaining a wide range of collaborative and successful working relationships with both internal and external colleagues and key committees/groups.
You will be responsible for a small Learning and development team
As a multi-site organisation the role will require the post holder to be able to travel to our other locations when required.
