We are recruiting for aClinical Audit & Effectiveness Facilitator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
The CAE Team is a small friendly, dynamic team that provides help and support to 33 specialties across all 4 sites of the Trust. They are a hardworking, detailed conscious, friendly team who support each other as well as Clinicians, Nurses, Therapists, and trainees in all aspects relating to Clinical Audit, Effectiveness and Quality Improvement.
To provide support to the Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Manager (CAEM), the Deputy Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Manager (DCAEM), Clinicians and Managers by assisting with and undertaking CA&E projects and all necessary tasks related to ensure the delivery of a robust Clinical Audit & Effectiveness (CAE) Programme for the Trust.
To ensure the timely collection, accurate uploading, production, monitoring and dissemination of information and reports from the (CA) and (CE) databases as requested by the CAEM, or DCAEM.

Main duties of the job
Our Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Facilitators work with the Divisions, providing guidance, support and assistance with clinical audit, quality improvement and NICE gap analysis action plans.
They play a key role in helping to drive service improvement by monitoring and providing progress updates to the Divisions and the Trust.
They act as the main contact point between the CAE Team and the designated clinical specialties with which they are 'linked'.
