Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Staff Nurses to join our welcoming team within the JAG-accredited Endoscopy Unit at Hemel Hempstead Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are keen to develop specialist clinical skills within a supportive and friendly environment.Our Endoscopy Unit delivers a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, supporting Gastroenterologists, Surgeons and Nurse Endoscopists to provide high-quality patient care. Endoscopy is a dynamic and evolving speciality, offering continuous opportunities for professional development and learning.These posts are suitable for qualified nurses with an interest in Endoscopy, as well as those wishing to develop their career within a specialised clinical area.
Main duties of the job
Previous Endoscopy experience is not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
Endoscopy offers an excellent environment in which to develop specialist clinical skills, and many of our nurses progress into advanced and specialist roles within Gastroenterology.
