The opportunity has arisen for a Part time band 6 nurse to join the team of a busy Ophthalmology Pre-operative Assessment department at St Albans City Hospital.
The hours are 3x 8-4pm Monday to Friday.

Main duties of the job
The role of the band 6 nurse is to undertake pre-operative assessment of patients awaiting elective surgery across a wide range of specialities, ensuring patients are prepared physically & psychologically for surgery whilst minimising short notice cancellations.
