Job summary
WTHT is looking for a highly organised and experienced project support officer to work with the Strategy team to provide structure to complex programmes of work, reaching across the entirety of the organisation.
A confident problem solver with the ability to tackle complex issues, we are looking for someone with an eye for detail, the personal confidence to challenge and the ability to compile reports that clearly articulate compliance, risk or resolution.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of dynamic team supporting the decision-making process at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The role helps the trust link its long-term ambition with concrete day-to-day activities, integrate the strategic vision into established business planning processes, and make tangible progress towards an improved health and care service.
