The post will suit an experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist looking for an opportunity to develop their management skills, or an existing 8a lead that can bring ideas, direction, and leadership skills with them to #TeamWestHerts.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will join a tier of inpatient team leads managing integrated teams of OT's and Physio's with responsibility of supervising the Band 7 Physio's and OT's.
