This is a great leadership opportunity in a growing service, supported by a skilled, compassionate paediatric emergency team. The role is primarily based at Maidstone, with some cross-site working. Shifts include nights and weekends, supporting our 24/7 care in a fast-paced environment.

Main duties of the job
You will be a confident and experienced Registered Children's Nurse with substantial experience in acute paediatrics and/or paediatric A&E. You'll ideally hold an emergency care qualification, be EPALS certified, and demonstrate evidence of clinical leadership, shift management, and staff development.
