Job summary
An exciting opportunity for two full time motivated and focused Assistant General Managers to join the Head & Neck Directorate at Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.
You will work in partnership with the General Manager and Deputy General Managers to support both the Ophthalmology & ENT Services to deliver and achieve activity targets against national requirements as well as supporting quality improvements across a range of areas.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role will include working in partnership with the General Manager and Deputy General Managers in providing leadership to the development of pathways, overseeing daily activities, and managing and delivering high quality, responsive and effective services in line with the Trust's strategic direction.
