Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered Physiotherapist to lead the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Team and Service at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells (MTW) NHS Trust.
As the Clinical Manager for this service you will provide supportive operational, clinical and professional leadership and management, and maintain a clinical caseload within an agreed area of specialism. This post will ensure the provision of a high quality, responsive professional leadership.

Main duties of the job
The role will involve cross site working
You will need excellent communication skills and you will be expected to deliver and provide a high quality service to patients and specialist clinical knowledge for staff.
You will work along side other members of the clinical leadership team within the therapy directorate in helping deliver service improvements.
