Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a role within the Outpatients directorate, supporting the team with the successful rollout of a Patient Portal, and other associated workstreams to support the delivery of the Outpatients strategic objectives.
The post holder will report to the Deputy General Manager (Outpatients) and be a key member of the team. They will provide customer focussed training across the Trust for the Patient Portal used to support Clinical care. This role will ensure that end users are trained to make full and effective use of the systems and are able to carry out their daily tasks with confidence, maximising best care.

- Professional Training Qualification e.g. Certificate in Education, TAP, IITT ECDL or Microsoft Office Specialist qualifications. Prince 2 Foundation
Experience

- Training experience, preferably within an NHS environment
- Experience of delivering presentations and training courses to diverse groups of staff; 1-2-1, informal group, classroom or auditorium setting and experience of assessing end user performance
- Experience of developing training scripts and reference manuals in a clear concise manner
Desirable
- Experience in using MTW clinical and/or PAS/ or EPR systems
- Experience of large-scale system implementations
- Experience of implementing a patient portal
