  • A 10-trolley day case ward
  • Recovery, X-ray and Therapy Space
  • A dedicated reception and staff/patient entry
  • Separated from the main hospital
  • Its own admission and discharge lounge

The Kent and Medway Orthopaedic Centre will work alongside our existing services to provide care. Our amazing Maidstone Orthopaedic Centre (MOU) and Maidstone Short Stay Surgery Unit (MSSSU) will all continue.

This will enable the Centre to focus on specially designed care for patients, helping to deliver many more operations and reducing the length of time patients stay in the hospital.
