Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to expand the existing ward leadership on ward 20. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nurse to work within and developed the new Respiratory Support Unit, to provide direction and inspirational leadership to the nursing and multi-disciplinary team. You will be joining an established and exceptional team within the RRCV CMG. We encourage new ideas, skills, and ways of working that you can bring to the ward team to help us strive become the best team and deliver high quality care.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will need to be an expert clinical practitioner. Have knowledge and understanding of emergency respiratory admissions and pressures of managing high acuity patient centered care and managing flow in prioritizing workload would be advantageous. The patients that we care for require varying respiratory support. further responsibilities include the provision of a supportive learning environment for continuing education; of the junior team members reporting to the Senior Sister and supporting her in the day to day management of the ward in her absence.
