Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role include:
- To lead on the Foundation training programme for Trainee Pharmacists, including multisector placements
- To train and support team of designated supervisors and DPPs for our trainee pharmacists
- To develop early years Independent Prescribing
- To work with local HEIs to develop and maintain the undergraduate pharmacy placement programme
- To develop our pharmacy work experience programme
You will be supported by the pharmacy professional development team, consisting of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants and Administration staff under the strategic guidance of the Principal Pharmacist for Professional Development.
