You will be responsible for, delivering from the front line supporting our patients with everything from cleaning equipment, personal hygiene and washing through to observations, supporting breastfeeding and assisting within theatres.
A caring and supportive nature is an essential pre-requisite along with the ability to take direction and use your own initiative to deliver patient centred care.
Potential candidates for the roles do not need previous care experience or formal qualifications as a full training programme will be available and tailored around any previous care experience you may have. However, if selected for interview, it will be advisable to bring along any evidence of other qualifications you may have such as GCSEs or any NVQ, open university or QCF qualifications (Qualifications and Credit Framework).
In addition to effective interpersonal and communication skills, you will be adept at both working as part of a team.
