Job summary

Are you highly motivated, organised and looking for a new challenge? If so we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic hard working individual with excellent audio typing skills to work within our busy Children's Hospital.

Main duties of the job

You will be motivated and be able to work efficiently and with accuracy, primarily as an audio typist providing high quality administration and clerical support ensuring a timely service. The post holder should be able to work under pressure and have the ability to prioritise their own workload identifying and escalating any problems to the medical secretaries in a timely manner.

Applicants should be able to manage their own workloads for best effect and work without supervision in a very busy environment whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times. You will work closely with the administration team, clinicians and other departments within the UHL Trust as well as GP's.
