We are seeking a friendly and professional medical staffing administrator to join our fast growing team. As a MSA you will be the first point of contact for our rotas and staffing queries providing excellent customer service to our colleagues and wider organisations.

Main duties of the job
To be responsible for co-ordination and management of the day to day administration of junior doctors' and practitioners working within the Emergency Department. This will include acting as a point of contact for all doctors and practitioners ensuring that the service has adequate cover arrangements in place at all times in conjunction with the Medical Staffing Leads. It is expected that the post holder will, with the Rota/Education/Recruitment leads across the Directorate, liaise with the Service Managers and will take a key role in improving the working conditions for the doctors and practitioners in the Emergency care.
