An opportunity has arisen within the Capacity and Flow team for two dynamic motivated Duty Managers.
1 x permanent
1 x 12 month secondment
The Duty Manager assists with the management of the flow through the Trust's 3 Sites alongside key performance indicators related t flow to service delivery within the Trust.
Supported by the Senior Operations Managers and Head of Flow and Capacity you will be able to demonstrate professional ability, innovative thinking and be able to articulate a clear vision for future Flow patterns within the trust.
Main duties of the job
Key elements of the role relate to:
- Providing clear and visible leadership to patients and staff within the CMG.
- Provide effective leadership and direction within a rapidly changing environment to meet the diverse needs of all stakeholders, staff and patients.
- Lead and participate in developments that enhance the patient / carer experience in the development of a fully integrated multidisciplinary flow system.
Implicit within the post is the need to prioritise, and assist a diverse team. You will be expected to work with CMG's across the Trust. LLR Health and Social Care partners, Third sector partners and organisations outside LLR that impact on the safe and effective flow and discharge of LLR patients, whilst establishing and maintaining close liaison with other team members working within the capacity and flow team for the overriding objective of maintaining and improving an efficient and a high quality progressive service.
